The production of Suame Magazine, an industry nerve center in the Ashanti Region, has come to a standstill owing to meager road networks. Therefore, the employees have prayed to the government to come to their aid.

The vice-chairman of the association, Mr. Lukeman Nuhu, deplored on the feeblest nature of the roads, which in terms have become a drawback to them.
He extended that the preceding government refused to revere their obligations after several endeavors to reach them to construct the roads for them.
‘’We are really suffering, this is an industry hub, we have the majority of professionals in the country but our roads are in a wrecked state, we have made several petitions to the Member of Parliament, Hon Kyei Mensah but there have not been any positive result, however, we are calling on the government to turn his eyes to our concerns’’, he unfolded.
Mr. Lukeman Nuhu continued that, during the 2020 general election, the sitting president, H. E Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo met them and pledged to construct the lines for them, if he wins the elections but he has never stepped a toe on the ground after a massive win.
‘’We are disappointed in the Akufo-Addo’s government for defecting to honor their promises, he came to Suame Magazine and assured that, he was going to asphalt our roads if he wins, but this has not been the case, he has never stepped a toe here after impressive win, we are reminding him to honor his obligations’’, he accomplished.
